will be making some grilled cheese and grilled cheese with ham for us and some other people this morning. i guess it's not quite dinner but it is more like dinner for breakfast or brunch...

I usually buy the 80/20 ground beef, but I did find a large package of 93/7 on sale.
Last night I made hamburgers. UCK. I added an egg, my spices and some minced onion. Those suckers would not stay together, even as I had massaged the patties. Kinda tasteless too.
I'll stick with the good stuff from now on!!

Totally agree! Fat = flavor!
We're having something chicken tonight. Haven't decided yet, but have some thighs thawed so they'll get used tonight.

Ive been reading too much on the entomemeology group lately. My brain read enchiladas as cicadas. And cicada enchiladas is not out of the ordinary there
