Well convinced a lady to get a car jump starter tonight. She'd left her lights on and came asking for help. After she saw the little jumper and how fast it worked, she was sold on getting one.

It wasn't that much more than a decent pair of jumper cables and doesn't risk damaging modern electronics unlike using the cables.

Coffee - life saver this morning. I've been fighting this allergy mess for a week now and I'm quite tired of it. Work doesn't stop just because I'm coughing, sneezing and blowing my nose constantly.

Those jump starters are a life-saver for sure! I've been investing in tools lately. After struggling to get some trailer tires off I now own an impact wrench. After the tractor battery wouldn't hold a charge I now own a jump starter. We used my new little air compressor on a tire yesterday.

I'm a believer in having the right tool for the job!

Her and her husband run a food truck. She was parked behind the truck that was nosed sideways to a curb. There was no way for them to jimmy the truck around to use it.

We had parked in the strip mall to eat some cookies and take advantage of better cell connection. It was near dusk and she sounded a bit desperate. Relieved and surprised when we said sure we can help. Her husband offered to start up the truck back up and make us some food and she tried to offer money. Don't need anything for the five minutes effort of being friendly.

Two of my kids bought those little gadgets that fill up the tire with air... since it was WAY less money to fill up all the tires with that thing every. Single. Time. You wanted to go somewhere.... instead of getting new tires or rims.

When the kids were little I always had a battery pack in the car that would jumpstart the car. Those kids! A door would be left open a crack, or just something... and the car would need a jump.

I don't have one in the car anymore... it has been so long since I have needed one.

Sunny and reached 80 today. Still too wet to do anything outside today. I tried, but gave up after 20 minutes. Thunderstorm watch until 10pm tonight. Highs in the 40s tomorrow.

Puttered around today. Hit the grocery store, picked up the wife's meds, made some banana bread and vanilla scones for the wife. Cheese tortellini cooking right now, dinner shortly

Up early but had sleep my 8 hrs, so all good. I worked yesterday and a lot of physical stuff for several hrs -- tired and to bed early. Now it's coffee time 😁 and weather says rain today, lunch time until???. Thinking I'll be cooking in prep for ready meals next week. I have a heavy work schedule.

There's Easter ham sales at a couple grocery stores. I'm considering buying one just to can it. At 89cent a pound, good buy. It's been a good experience using the previous one canned up. 🤔 Maybe a do. Well think on it.
