Tried to do a single step up today and something popped big in my knee with huge pain. Couldn't bear weight. Went to Madigan ER and they Xrayed. Doesn't look like anything major. In a knee immobilizer and on crutches for awhile. Hubby is oh so happy to have to feed the chickens
