:clap Thats beautiful! I love quilt shows.
I like to see all the different quilting styles.
I also love to quilt. I was trained to make clothing but as was mentioned before, I can get lots of nice stuff at thrift shops a lot cheaper.
I get my sewing fix by making quilts. I have tried to...
Hi,
I used to give my goats chewing tobacco or snuff every other month and garlic on the alternate months. They love the tobacco. I think God created tobacco for other purposes than what it is currently used by humans.
:clap :woot I agree, thats why I am rarely tempted to travel! I :love these mountains. Although I will be going to visit relatives in Michigan soon.
 Enjoy! Almost heaven!
We have one of these HSA's for about 3 years now. It does save money because we get to keep all of the premiums to spend for eye glasses, dentist, scripts, co-pays, and even otc's until Jan. 2011, then no more otc's.
If you have major medical or chronic disorders, then the deductable for the...

Yes they are that smart. Rowdy can understand full sentences instead of one word commands. He does not always agree with me but he knows what I tell him. He also plays practical jokes (dog jokes) on me. He is DD's dog, lives next door, and the only 'grandchild' that I have.
I'm...

Thanks but DD wants this, I cannot afford such an expensive one. The " leopard" refers to the color of the dog not what they hunt. The Catahoula's hunt in packs, wild pigs that is why they are also called 'Hogdogs" and 'Curs'. They also are excellent herd dogs, the Catahoula 'Dottie'...
I think the outdoor furnace is the safest. Google: Central Boiler, they make them with catalytics so the pollution is kept to a minimum, most states require something like this on all wood stoves.
Stay warm! :D
DD has a LCLD adopted from rescue 8 yrs. old. we now are looking for a puppy. These dogs are very special, but they are a handful to train. They must know that you are the leader or they will get out of control. That is why we are looking for a very young Catahoula to socialize for a pet, not...
P. S. Vermont Castings makes a cast iron fireplace insert that will make your fireplace into an airtight and efficient burn. I think they are equipped with air blowers. An investment for sure, but I have had my wood stoves for a long time, divided by the amount that I paid back then, and it cost...
Ditto here!
Wood burning is not optional here, been doing it for 25+ yrs. in this big old coal company house, at over 3,000 ft. in the mountains. I have two wood stoves and I start'em up on Nov. 1. It's cold enough now but I'll wait because by the time April comes I will have had enough. :D...
What tremendous changes occurred in earths surface with the fall of this vast canopy of water! This immense weight of water apparently caused a shifting and buckling of earths relatively thin crust. Thus, new mountains were thrust upward, old mountains rose to new heights, shallow sea basins...
Around the Arctic Ocean there is a great swath of permanently frozen land, the greater part of which is covered with a frozen muck composed of sand, silt and earth. In an article entitled Riddle of the Frozen Giants, The Saturday Evening Post of January 16, 1960, observes:
The list of animals...
:frow Hi I'm back.
You are correct and correct again, the Noachian Deluge was not just a childrens story. The physical evidence has been well documentented in archeology, and also all cultures have a flood legend that describes the same, or nearly the same scenario, therefore, " the...

Thanks for the info, I have no input into the babies' (twins) care but I will pass this on to those who do. I had a feeling that there was an environmental issue going on, but they call it SIDS, so what do I know? :idunno I just have a feeling. I guess the autopsy may show something eventually...
