Fisherman has discovered the difference in beans, half runners have lots of strings, we either had half runners or stringless, whatever the name of the bean.

Once a long time ago,I with a helper, butchered a hog with the original Foxfire Book as my only guide. I made the "Souse" or "headcheese". The rest of the hog was made into Italian sausage.

Yes I remember that one. I won't give it 5 stars but for a while it was ok. Sort of like Sliders, it started with a good thing but really became bogged down just before it got cancelled.
