Cayugas lay dark eggs at the beginning of their egg cycle. Then the eggs become blue. Some of mine stay light blue but a few turn white. My call ducks eggs are tinted Blue.

Yes they are. I had over 30 of them. I sold all by 5. My hens are on tons of eggs. I will have more for sale it looks like if they hatch. They are due to hatch in a week. I just love the little ones.

I sell my eggs for $5 a dozen. I will ship up to 2 dozen for $15. I could fit 3 dozen in the box if someone really wanted me to but I hate to put that many eggs in the box. I am always afraid of them breaking with that many in there.

I haven't had trouble with matting, but I brush try to brush them everyday during the summer.

I freeze water bottles for my Angoras and put them in the pen with them. They love laying beside them. Keepss them nice and cool.:D

I was just at Jo Ann's last week looking for PUL. They didn't have any but had some coming in. I can't wait until they get some in. I can't wait to start making things with it.

My son is 3 1/2 years old. He helps me put his clothes away and clean up the house. He doesn't have set chores, but he has to help me. He loves to help me feed the animals morning and evening. I think it is very important for him to learn that he needs to help inside and outside the house.
