My chickens got an entire bucket of watermelon rinds 20 minutes ago. I should have hopped on the computer BEFORE tending the girls like I normally do.

I always use a boiling water bath for fruit anything, unless they are going in the fridge for immediate consumption, better safe than sorry.

I can't believe my family some times, I offer them delivered eggs in exchange for cartons... free delivered eggs.... and they are still buying them in the store. Do they not know that store bought eggs come from chicken butts too? :rolleyes:
