    Rather then mixing it, just float the dose on top of a few tbsp of oj, and take it like a shot. As awful as it tastes, the longer I eat real foods, the less horrible it tastes. And I have noticed if I do happen to get sick, that I like the taste of the stuff. The body craves the good stuff, I guess.

    Ok, here is what Alaskans do to bring meat and fish to friends and family in the lower 48 on a flight. Even in the middle of summer. Wrap the frozen article in manyl separate layers of newspaper. Then add a couple layers of tin foil.

    All real foodies have to have 2 fridges :lol: I still have only one, but with the root cellar should do fine it now. But we have one upright freezer and two large chest freezers.

    If you use rice, it will be thick. If you use a bit too much it will be a cassarole! If you use pasta, then use cornstarch or rice flour to thicken. And yes, your broth should be fatty enough.

    Ummm, broth, veges such as carrots and rutabegas, rice, chicken, sage, salt, pepper, garlic and smoked paprika. Oh! And lots of chicken fat or butter if not fat is available.
