One year I got my wood chips from a woodworker (i asked him what kind of wood he uses, since not all wood is safe for chickens).
And I used to get woodchips from a timber framer.
Maybe it is worth it to ask around.

I have no idea how you would keep a rabbit in a tractor! Rabbits dig! :idunno Maybe a tractor with a wire bottom.... But tractors are a pain to move about, unless you have a good 4-wheeler or tractor....
