I do! I only hope I can relax and enjoy it. I've already started a list for Sis-in-law. Not necessarily a "to do" list, but more of a "what-to-do in case" list. How to deal with Low blood sugar, how to deal with high blood sugar...that sort of thing. She needs to remind him to use his cane...

Woo Hoo - glad it's fixed!

Boo! We had rain in the forecast most of the week. Thankfully, most of it stayed north of us. We did end up with another inch but that's better than what we could have gotten.

Ugh...glad we're done with that but the tradeoff is that we'll be really hot really soon.

Rain overnight after missing the severe storms that went north of Houston yesterday. Didn't really need the rain, certainly don't need the mud - but that's life. Glad I got a new round bale up out a couple days ago. Another follow-up dermatologist appt. for DH today. Hope this is the last...

Right about now....bluegill should be picking up too. I think I need to start harvesting some bluegill this year. Don't need an overstocked pond with itty-bitty fish.

Looks great! I need to get back to some canning. I never thought it would happen, but I need some quart jars. Or - we need to eat some of the previously canned stuff and clear out some jars for re-use.
