almost every day here starts with nearly or 100% humidity during the warmer seasons - as the day goes on the humidity can drop (as of 2pm it says 56% humidity and 78F). once w*nt*r kicks in we can have lower humidity to even where static electricity and too dry sinuses become issues.
you do it with your goats just with a lot fewer numbers and more control over the daddies. :) with beans in some cases i can only guess at who the daddies might be (from among all the beans i grow that season).
for me the biggest constraint is how much my body can do in a given day and...
when you leave it up to chance and bees... beans are normally self-fertile and won't cross unless there's bees or other insects moving pollen around (or you get a random mutation which doesn't happen often, but can...).
had i steadier hands and eyes that could see what i'm doing i could have...
pizza today, we take a small thin crust frozen cheese pizza and add extra onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese. it is enough to feed two to three people.

tomatoes are pretty easy considering how much they can produce and i love the flavor they...
these were given to us, neither of us like them enough to ever buy them. but they did happen to work for this dish. purely optional. maybe potato chips or pretzels would work for you better? :)
raining this morning, decided i wanted something for breakfast and i had some leftover tomato chunks in the fridge so i put some butter on some bread and warmed that up and then warmed up the tomato chunks and put those on the bread and we have some cheezits that we want to finish up so i put a...
i managed to get out and pick some dry beans until i was tired (and before the rains were due to arrive) and then found some tomatoes that weren't too badly cracked and ok for eating fresh. out of 9 plants i got 6 tomatoes but there are several hundred out there but all of them are deeply...
