A local restaurant does eggplant fries. I tried my own using parm and nutritional yeast and deep fried, it was close.

I forget, have you done the fathead crusts? There are new recipes that are still low carb and not as "eggy" tasting. I have yet to try the minced chicken based crusts, but supposedly they are really good

Real frost overnight, flowers and tomatoes hit (didn't cover them). Peppers protected and survived
