Yum...coffee!! Slept great last night. That's unusual around here so I'm going to show my appreciation by slurping up as many cups as I can, lol. I love coffee so much I decided to write a poem about it. Coffee, coffee, I love you so... Ummm, that's all I could come up with... so far!

Tonight will be enchiladas. Beef and cheese and also a few plain cheese and onion (special request from DH). A big ol' pot of charro beans to go with and a Mexican themed chopped salad. There will be queso and chips for those so inclined. Debating on mexican/spanish rice...

What is wrong with me? (don't answer that) I keep waking up before the sun. I guess that's ok because I'm sleeping really well at night and getting things done during my non-sleeping hours. Coffee is good this morning. Heck, coffee is good every morning!

I've had raised beds and inground gardens. I like the raised beds a lot for root crops. There's a lot of clay where I live and the root crops do so much better in the softer dirt of a raised bed. My raised bed space is limited so I plant in-ground for big sprawly crops or just for ones I need...
