Aha....time for spring garden dreams 🥰 Some of us are still able to grow. Some are planning for plant starts. Some are too cold, or even snowed in. But our spirit is awakening! 30-45 days and I'll be putting seeds in starting pots.

Since I'm only one eating, potato flakes work nicely. Yep, no peeling, cooking, mashing -- hot liquid, stir, set a couple minutes. Works for me. If more people, I'll go the peel route. 😁 One package has 2 meals for me. 🤷
