We are raising Dexters, and just butchered our first steer last month. It is so nice to have grass fed beef that you know has been taken care of, and to know what it has or hasn't been fed or given. It is very comforting!!!

I am getting ready to buy coconut oil, would I be better off buying 5 - 1 gallon buckets of it or 1 - 5 gallon bucket?? It is a few dollars cheaper to buy the 5 gallon bucket, but would it stay fresher longer if I had the smaller buckets??
