    Best Trade of the Year!!

That was an AWESOME trade! I trade services with my chiropractor. I clean her home, and she adjusts me and the family for free. I have a babysitter, that watches my kids for free, and my husband does computer work for her. It's all about give and take!

    DRYING ROSEMARY

I dry mine in a dehydrator, then crush up the little needles in my mortar and pestle, for using in recipes. You could also try drying them like flowers, by hanging them upside down in a closet, till they are dry.

Using cloth diapers as feminine hygiene products

I actually have googled cloth menstrual pads, which is where I got the idea of using my old cloth diaper inserts. Never thought about sewing snaps to keep them in place. That's a great idea! Thanks for the help!

Does anyone do kitchen scrap gardening? Planting, not composting

I have done the green onions, from the store. All I did was clip the green onions, till it started to turn white, then put them in a glass of water. After the roots start growing a bit, I plant them. Endless green onions! I've done this with garlic, too. I'll break apart a bulb and plant them...
