Sun is up & bright. Warming today. Good. I like warming vice cooling. 😊 Usual morning -- coffee, chores, probably go to work...as long as things are normal out there during chores. Hoping all is good, I want to finish these jobs to have a 3 day weekend. Farm work to do.

Wanted a chicken salad sandwich. No bread. Had some tortillas. Opened a jar of canned chicken, slathered some mayo, fresh onion, relish, and crumbled some chicken on top. Folded up & it was even better than on bread! Yeah, a do over for sure.

I'd like to grab one & cuddle! 😂

Had a pan fried steak last night, with sweet potatoes. It's was thick & barely med rare. Yummy. Not wanting more clean up, I used a small sweet, peeled & sliced thin. Tossed in same pan, a touch of water to descale & covered. They cooked fast, were really good. Savory but, naturally sweet...

Well that will give you a nice outside place to relax, once it's done. 😊 And more picture for us! How's DW doing with recovery? How are you doing? 🫣

Not much going on here. Back to job work. Have a long wknd planned, to include some fencing installs -- by ME. Spring grasses are coming in nicely 👍😍 in pastures. Sure happy to buy less hay.

Got up earlier than planned. Thought you I'd slept well but apparently not. Yeah I dozed off after lunch. It was cooler in my house than outside where it was upper 70s. 9:30 and I'm yawning. To bed soon.

I had a beef burger on a whole wheat grinder bun. Lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo...I was in hog heaven! 😁 No lunch prob added to it's greatness. Starving when I got home.

Thawed some pulled pork BBQ for a sandwich. No slaw, so I fine chopped some cabbage, put mayo on bun with it, a dash of garlic pwdr...worked fine! 👍

That's impressive snow, also the removal. Just glad it's not what I need to deal with. Nope, snow is not my thing.

Glad all I got was wind & rain!! Crazy weather everywhere. Winds are still about 25-30mph, seems rain is gone but, left 2" first.

Good of excuse as any...😁 Leftover bowl of sausage/cabbage/potato. Had a chunk of steak from last night but ate that for breakfast! 👍

At least you have cats that'll love you 😁 A friend gave me a batch of older fish, same thing, strong -- just for my cats. They were thrilled.

I do trades of product. ☺️ A friend has prolific fig tree. They don't like figs! I have excellent eggs in abundance & not an eat them fan. I adore dried figs, the adore fresh eggs. Excellent for us. 👍
