2025 Resolutions

there's a guy i know locally who i used to see at the library when he was tiny. he's now about 8 inches taller than i am and a good 50lbs or more too. heh, i can't still help think of him as the little shaver... we get along fine and still talk about books when i see him (he works there now and i don't).

none of your family is into history or geneology? my own experience is that my Mom throws too much stuff away or doesn't care so if anyone in the future wants to know more details they're going to be missing those details.

i'm personally not into doing that sort of digging but years ago i started to collect materials and we had a family booklet that someone had put together which would be a good help for someone and i still have all of that. i don't have any children so i'm not keeping this stuff for anyone like that but perhaps a neice/nephew, cousin or ? might want it someday?

My mom , in later years, before Alzheimer's, began some research. I found some amazing pics when I packed her stuff. 🥰

Completely emptied three totes and two boxes from the living room pile. Large bag of towels/bedding dropped off at the county APL before lunch. Wife has another bag (one already) of women's clothes to drop off at the local women's shelter.

Recycling in the car ready to go.

Taking advantage of the wife feeling a little better. Two totes and a box emptied this morning. Found one of my son's totes. Actually found a blackberry charger in one of the boxes.

Visible progress in the room. Cats are concerned that their hidey holes are being disturbed.

Trying to slowly sort between her totes, my totes, and our totes

Now to think about what to do with the empty totes. The pile is growing
