a salesman telephones a potential customer one morning. a little boy about 4 answers the phone. 'Hello, is your Mommy there?' the child answers 'yes, but she's taking a shower and can't come to the phone.'
'Well, is there anyone else I can talk to?'
'my sister is here. do you want to talk to her?'
'yes. She will do.'
'Hang on, I'll get her....' several minutes pass, the the salesman hears the same child pick up the phone.
'Are you still there?'
'Yes, but I thought you were going to get your sister?' the salesman replied, trying to remain patient.
'I tried, Mister, but she's sound asleep and I can't get her out of the crib!D
'Well, is there anyone else I can talk to?'
