"Almost 3 weeks" means 2 weeks and a little more. That is about right. Begin offering solid foods at 2-1/2 to 3 weeks, total weaning at 4-1/2 - 5 weeks. Separate from mom and observe health for 1 - 2 weeks before selling. I'm selling one kit at 5 weeks. Sold to a veterinarian so I'm pretty sure she can tell if the kit is OK. The rest will go at 6 weeks.

Depends on what they mean by weaned. Eating solid foods? or totally separated from mom?

If yours are dying at weaning age, me a "tea" out of momma's poop and syringe or bottle-feed it too them. Especially if they are out of a nest box, you need to be sure they are getting the bacteria for them to digest food. It is a very common cause of death in bottle-raised rabbits. They die at weaning if they don't have momma's poop to eat.
