Over the years of becomeng more self-sufficient I have made lots of gains in other areas but my health. After gettiing the family, gardens, animals, finances and food in order it is now time for my help.

I have aquired a ton of herbal books and want start use these to help myself. SO, the question is how and where do I start.?? The first area of my health I figure is my blood preasure. I am exercising and have changed my diet a lot but I know or have been told herbal medician can help too.

I have started with The Herbal Pharmacist book to get a start.

Please LMK Don

I would take a close look at your adrenal health first.
Its a subject that crops up frequently with regards to blood pressure.

Are you eating plenty of real fats?

As to herbs, garlic, fresh, fermented and tinctured are very helpful.

If you check on Earth Clinic, there's tons of people that have lowered their blood pressure by drinking organic apple cider vinegar with the 'mother'. It didn't work for everyone, but sure did for the majority of people.
It lowered my BP during a two week home trial - :)

Adrenal?? I'll look that up tonight and do some homework on this.

Real Fats?? I would have to do a quick over veiw .

I only eat lamb, chop meat maybe 4 times a month. Pork 2 times a month. After that I pretty much eat eggs, peanut butter, beans, seasfood and chicken. My carbs are high but have cut them in half now. Been at that for a month or so.

Thank you very much for the insight. :)

Butter, lard, tallow, raw coconut oil.
All fats that the body knows what to do with, and are liquid at body tempature :)
