Valentines day is on Monday. As usual I am at a loss as to what to get my Hubby.

Inspire me......

What are you getting for your sweetie?

One of my all time best ideas was to get a jar and some pink and red construction paper. Cut the paper into 52 strips.

On each strip write something that you love about your sweetie, then fill up the jar with the folded strips of paper.

Each week he or she gets to draw on and read it....the fun lasts all year.

We also did it for fathers day one year....each kid got a different color paper to write their love note on.

But I have milked all I can outta that one....maybe in another 10 yrs....

I did that last year - strips of paper all with a reason why I love him. I used it as "easter grass" in a gift bag.

I always make hubbie a new pair of boxer shorts in a valetine-y fabric. This year they have Charlie Brown and Snoopy on them. :)

Ok maybe not. I'll probably buy him a card. Maybe I should recycle one. He probably wouldn't notice.

:love Maybe I can convince him to go out to dinner or something. That would be a nice break in routine for me.

I don't really like gifts. I like to buy things that I want or need for myself when I need them.

Oh, chocolate. Now that's another story.

:D
