About Soybeans....

I'm interested in making soy flour as well as soy milk. Is this possible with one type soy bean..? Is thier a type soy bean thats better for flour..? One thats better for milk and tofu..? Any advice and knowledge on the topic would be very much welcomed...Thanks..Kevin

I know there is someone here who makes soy milk. Me--? I'm a little leary of soy. Most farmers around here grow the round up ready soy beans which are genetically modified. Scares me. Look for a non-GMO source for your soy beans.

They have been eating it in fermented form. They did not use soy flour and soy oil in every dish at every meal. Keeping soy out of my diet is almost as hard as keeping high fructose corn syrup out of my diet.
