Ack quick!! What do I do with the chicken bones?!

I bought two fully cooked chickens today at Costco, took off the meat and now am left with the fat/meaty parts left on the bone. What kind of soups or pasta/rices can I make with it? I have mushrooms, carrots and spinach, rice and pasta.

Btw, my dog totally dug the skin and fatty parts, yum!

just make broth for now, you can decide how to use the broth later.
