I tried making acorn flour but could not get the bitterness out. I gave up.

I did a few times. I dont remeber how I did it. It was about a decade ago. My technique might have been wrong. I remember feeling frustrated and tired!

one of my brother's collects them and bags them up to sell along the road as deer food. he can sell all he picks for $10 a bag.
