ALL THINGS TOPICAL

I'm trying this one for arthritis pain.

Warming Ginger Cayenne Salve

To Use: Using a small dab (a little bit goes a long way!), massage into sore achy muscles and joints. If using for chronic pain such as arthritis, daily use is suggested and can take up to a week or two before you start seeing results.

This may have helped with the pain today, but I can see where the orange/yellow knees might be an issue. hahahaha
My knees look like I have a little self tanning lotion on them. I don't know how fast it will accumulate or how fast it will wash off. :thumbsup

If that list is too long, perhaps you could put a reference to post # 85 in the first post. Then... as I update this list, the reference # could be changed.

No, it's not too long at all :) I edited the first post and added the list to it.

Thank you. I'll try to stay on top of new recipes as they are added. Hopefully, folks will be adding stuff that they have actually made. Though links to pertinent info are also appreciated.

Hey FYI: we've added this to our featured items on the Homepage!
