i'm going with crazy weather and the solstice.

ok everyone. on the 21st lets all run outside and jump up and down really hard and maybe we can get this big ol' earth to stop tilting THAT way and make it go back and tilt the OTHER way. i definitely need more daylight! who's with me?

and throw in the Xmas isnt always the superfun time that other people think it is. stress, money, family invasion... send everyone into a tizzy.

People trying to get too much done at once, feeling pressured to find great gifts, trying to make their place look perfect, wishing for certain weather, putting up with some people they don't want to. AND way too many hours of songs and shows that luckily don't get played year round.
BTW- Don't show a bad mood or you'll be a Scrooge or a Grinch or be told that you are spoiling things for everybody.

I'm actually talking about last year. I had so much happening at once I was going crazy.

Don't worry about my rant. Just suffering from lots to do and short time for it. At least not as extreme as last year.

Last year I was packing, selling and giving away most of my stuff through December, had our wedding on Yule, his Birthday Dec. 24 th, Family stuff on the 25th, and moved out of state in early January. Flew with a kitty and 2 suitcases to the new place. Mailed 10 or 12 boxes to it.
I did it the weird way.
