1-1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
...1 Tbsp. onion powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Cut meat into 1/4" - 3/8" strips.
Marinate meat in mixture for 24-hours.
Thread onto toothpicks and hang in oven on low heat with door cracked for 8-10 hours.
