Good quality vit. D? That is what I'm giving my dd for her asthma, fermented cod liver oil, it has lots of vit D in it.

The only thing I have found that helps me with inflammation is Vitamin C.

Welch's grape juice helps me. Don't care for it, but no other grape juice seems to do the trick. Maybe it's because of the Concord grapes? It has been beneficial for my arthritis and joint pain. ( I had radiation therapy years ago and it really did a number on my hip joints and lower spine.)

I know that ACV helps me, but you are already adding that to your drinks, aren't you?

Might be time for you to try something topical.

Arnica oil works well for some....do you ice? Properly?

Internal....OPCs and ORACs will be stronger than the vitamin C (OPCs will lend an electron to spent vitamin C and "recharge" it) and it is why grape juice works for some. Taking it in supplement form allows you to take more, as in a "treatment" amount, without the blood sugar spikes from the juice.

Omega III fish oils (as BBH said) in larger-than-normal amounts....to bowel tolerance. Lots of ND's start with 3 grams of combined DHA and EPA and go up to 10 grams, being aware of the blood thinning effect...so not for someone with, say, danger of hemorrhagic stroke or any bleeding issues.

All those ideas are good, but add fresh pineapple, fresh cherries, and turmeric to the list. I like being able to use yummy remedies.
