So now that I have gotten the hang of GF I am ready to dive back into breadmaking. I have a bread machine but I am looking for good GF bread recipes that I could do in the bread machine or knead in the dough cycle and then finish in the oven. I just need one loaf at a time because I'm here all day every day and don't have to bake a gazillion loaves at a time, I can do it as needed.

So, all you GF folks out there.....PLEASE give me a few good bread recipes!!!

Here are a few I have been meaning to try:

We have just about eliminated this stuff out of our diet and I only make GF bread once every 6-8 months to have bread crumbs in the freezer and bread cubes for special holidays. Rarely does my allergic child ask for a sandwich anymore :/ I personally hate the taste/smell of rice flours anymore.
