Anyone know what this is?

I got this at a yard sale for $1.00 I know it's a press of some sort, but it looks too awkward to be used for citrus.....grapes maybe?

It's bolted to the piece of wood which is smooth on the bottom, it doesn't look like anyone had hung it up......

I have no idea. It looks like a smoosher of some sort.

I'll figure out some use for it at some point....
