I got this at a yard sale for $1.00 I know it's a press of some sort, but it looks too awkward to be used for citrus.....grapes maybe?

It's bolted to the piece of wood which is smooth on the bottom, it doesn't look like anyone had hung it up......

I googled 'smoosher' and didn't get anything helpful :lol:

Thanks for the info! I just can't see the thing not making a huge mess of an orange, but I'll put on a raincoat & let you know how it works.....
Ha! over $25 (w/ the shipping) for the one on ebay! I feel like I got such a deal on this pointless thing! I'm such a sucker for old contraptions :rolleyes:
