:)Hi, about a year and a half ago I converted a 1985 Mercedes 300 diesel car to run on waste vegetable oil. The car cost $900., the parts to convert it about $400. on going parts and extra filters about $50. per month. If you can work on a car this is the way to go. By the way the emmisions are way less than gas or diesel. Look up Fattywagons.com and check the links, there is a lot of information there. By the way the 1985 has about 25,000 miles on vegie, i have a 1983 mercedes 300sd(bought for $500.) with about 15,000 miles on vegie, and a 1090 ford F 350 i just bought a few months ago with 2,000 miles on vegie.:)

Drcatfish-Don't you have to do something to the vegetable oil before you can use it for fuel?
