Are these plants toxic to goats?

Goats are browsers, unlike sheep which are grazers. Goats prefer to reach up for their food-- shrubs and trees. Grass is a poor second as far as they are concerned.

Basically, anything you would do to protect your planting from deer will probably work for goats-- they are very closely related.
