There is a little wet weather pond on their property and a larger one on the neighbors land.
We don't know if other neighbors have them.

Update about the goslings. They called fish and wildlife to know what the rules are locally.
The F&W guys agreed the babies would not survive on their own in the wild. They don't have anyone locally that rehabs the wild birds, so they told her she can keep them but has to clip the wing or cage them so they don't leave her property.
My friend and her son and their dog already fell for the little geese- so I'm glad it worked out. They have a great home now.
:)

I am glad they were so reasonable at Fish & Wildlife. Some places take the animals and destroy them if there is no rehab available.

I'm glad those babies ended up where they did.
Still waiting for them to grow up so we'll know 100 % what kind they are anyway. These people are really good friends, so I'll see the geese once in a while.
