This is where they come to beautify and gossip and otherwise hang out waiting for the snack lady to come out. They lost their yard privileges for stalking the help (that would be me!) through the windows.
At work we have a building nick named "the Hen House" where the most gossipy gossipers work. Aptly named. Everyone heads over there for lunch and the latest. And it's not just gals who gossip!
Your chickens look great! Mine are in full molt, no tails, no eggs.
I have a few coming out of really hard molts. My brown leghorn is still bald in areas and if her feathers don't come in soon I'm afraid she won't make it through the cold weather. The others are totally shunning her right now and won't roost anywhere near her
