This is a late reply but yum, I've got to try rabbit more often. I'd like to add that ALL rabbits are perfectly edible. Even the cute tiny ones will feed two people just fine.

Because it IS hard for me to prepare any animal for the table (especially the rabbits I raise - see avatar) a friend suggested I swap processing with someone who needed some done, too. It's easier to do when you don't know who you're processing. Just a thought.

I think that's a great idea. We need to do what we can to help each other. I know its "Self" sufficient but it's a lot easier with others helping us.
