Thanks! I'm glad somebody does! ;) Blossom seems to love the extra attention and the nursing from the calves....not to mention she gets an extra ration of feed for doing this job for us! She is such a sweet and good cow....well, except for when she is in heat! :rolleyes:
 
Bee, talk to a vet. I don't remember the name of the pills, but our vet gave us these little tablets that are actually for a dog, but he said Chase would benefit from them. Since your calf is having bloody stools, you definitely need to dry up his poop some. The tablets our vet sold us worked after 3-5 days I think? and we gave him 5 tablets two times a day. I don't know the name of the pills, though, so I guess really, I'm not being much of a help... :/
 
All those new babies are gonna make you a busy Bee! It's a good thing your a nurse Bee, you should have been a vet...animals are easier to deal with:>) LOL! God just keeps on sending special cases your way to show you that you have a gift:>) Enjoy it!
 
I'll be busy for awhile folks, so I'm taking a sabbatical from the forum for awhile to keep up.

Ya'll are way more generous than I am. :rant This is like a favorite tv series getting postponed for some stupid game...... :somad How will I go on, twisting my hands in worry, without knowing about the saga of Jerky (;) Bee.....) and T-Bone and the rest of the gang?????

Five minutes a night is all I ask!!!! :D
 
WOW BEE... YOUR STARTING TO SOUND LIKE DR DOLITTLE..LOL...YOUR LITTLE FARM IS GETTING BIGGER AND BIGGER.. GONE A FEW DAYS AND YOU GET TWO NEW CALVES AND SOME SHEEP... I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT ELSE YOU BRING HOME TO THE FARM....:pop
