I think it was you who had a secret when making bread to make it more "like" store bought bread for sandwiches....I can't remember where I read that in a post somewhere in the threads??

Was it you who knew the secret to good sandwich type bread???

thanks if it was and any info to help me make the better bread for sandwiches would help alot!!

Nope, wasn't me! I just posted about making the bread the right size for the sandwiches. I don't like my homemade bread to be like store bought, texture-wise....its too doughy...like eating air that makes a lump in your stomach.
