Can you collect rainwater from roofs that have solar pannels on them?

I am planing for my future dreams and wasn't sure if it would be safe for lifestock drinking water, to water the garden with, or to wash clothes? Thanks!

There isn't much on solar (I assume you mean PV) panels or the racking that would contaminate rain water anymore than a shingle roof or painted or galvanized metal roof would. Go for it.

G'day, there is no reason that you cannot "drink " it yourself,everybody down here does.You just need a system that "filters " out the leaves and stuff and a mesh screen to stop "frogs " breeding in there.........................T,O,R..................
