Hi Terri! I've heard you can cook in a pressure canner but you can't can in a pressure cooker. I just hate to see you get the wrong one and waste money.

I actually said that wrong! I have a pressure cooker. I NEED a pressure canned.

One of our local hardware stores had the pressure canners on sale so I picked one up. Now to get more jars and learn how to use it!
