I just got an e-mail from my sister. She has been suffering from arthritis in her hands for some time. Then she heard about using the pectin Certo.
she puts a tablespoonful in a glass of grape juice every morning, no more swelling, no more pain. Any body else heard of this? What else is it good for? I'd like to hear your input.

I'm glad you posted this info. I too suffer from occasional arthritis due to an old injury.

There is another thread here somewhere referencing this very thing. At least I think its here. If I remember correctly there were a couple of other remedys there as well.

Oh shoot, now I am off to hunt the other thread.
