cheap canning supplies at Lowe's!!!!!!!

I read on the backyard chicken forum that Lowe's is closing out their canning supplies, so I stopped by today. I got 20 boxes of regular lids for 31 cents/box and 20 of the large lids for 45 cents/box - SCORE!!!!!! Check it out. Unfortunately they had no more jars at my Lowe's, but I'm happy with my 480 lids for $15!!

Closest Lowe's to me is 1-1/2 hr away I'm just getting started and need jars, but I want to invest in Tattler reusable lids.

I was just at Lowes this evening. It's 40 miles away. Wish I would've known. DW loves to can.

Menard's canning supplies are on sale. Not ridiculously cheap yet. I bought quart jars today at $4 less than the grocery store.
