Things that make you go hmmmmm. The wife started a serious conversation yesterday as we were driving home from a doctor's appointment about getting chickens. She wants to get back to an ultra low carb diet, and that means lots of eggs for us. So she was asking how many hens we might need, how large of a coop, where to place on the property. Oh boy. 😆

HUGE, go HUGE with a fort knox run... and poop boards....

I was able to acquire a stem of red bark dogwood, several stems of ninebark, two bearded iris, a tiger lily tuber and several tubers of red canna.
I finally trimmed heavily, and stuck the sticks into some dirt in pots. I've got them all in the greenhouse. Lets see if they root!

I've not done anything with the tubers yet.
