Tooth started hurting Thursday. Was just going to wait the two weeks to my bi-annual to have them check it out. Saturday I had swelling and more pain. Called dentist yesterday morning. They saw me at 7 this morning. Xrays. Abcess. Sent to endodontist at 8. They did more in depth scan. Numbed and cut open to drain overnight. Root canal at 645 tomorrow. It was pretty bad. Looks gruesome at moment with the gaping hole
 
well the good news is that the washer repair didn't cost anything as it was under warranty. the bad news is that the repair didn't fix it so they will be coming back again with another part. i'm not sure this will take care of the problem with it either... Mom not gonna be happy when she gets home today. not anything i can do about it.

at least i can get it to drain.
