Instant Pot’ed up some black, pinto and kidney beans this morning. After I was done with the fruit trees I cooked up ground meat with onions and garlic, cumin and red chili. Tossed it in with the beans and Ta-Da,, Dinner for today and tomorrow and Saturday and Sunday

I hope this isn't a harbinger of the rest of the day. Got up earlier than normal, started the morning routine. Got the filter and coffee in the coffee maker and continued on. Turns out I got distracted and forgot to use the filter basket. Caught it before the mess got too big. Hot coffee everywhere

roofers returning today, I texted the head guy, whom is fantastic, and asked him if he would ask the workers to recrew the ends of the plywood sheeting that meets up with the fascia board-- the screws need to go into the fascia.
They got the back side of the main house and garage back. They didnt do the backside of the kitchen yet.
They ripped and re-laid plywood, weather strip layment--today I shall ask them to not get on /in my lavender beds.

Weather warm. Winds slightly less than last few days -- good!!...0vercast as we're getting outside clouds from the horrid storm TN-OH & others got. Thankfully it's north of me! So maybe I'll work with dirt & seeds today.

That boy is just something else sometimes. He hangs with me most everywhere I go . You already know this, but I say it alot, because it's the truth. I prayed, asked Mr. Almighty for a lab. I wasn't specific, any lab would do and after a while I got tank. Tank reminds me everyday, Mr. Almighty answers prayers.
