Coffees Ready, on the West Coast

Spent all day in the garden. Weeding and got the Tomatoes in and chilies. Added compost to the green beans. Got the coop and run raked up and did the watering.


I dont want to but must go to the market.
I have the washer going and will top off the dishwasher soon. I'll get as much as I can done before I go.

Yep I have see that show here many times!
although Ziva has not been feeling well. She is almost 7, not eating as much as she did, like since Feb. We have been down this road with the prior 4 dogs. #1 moon, cancer died at 7, #2 Ben, cancer died at 7, #3 Cosmo made to 13 but had epilepsy real bad, #4 Max, lived to 10 bone cancer.
Now our #5 Ziva and #6 Tony

Our 4 legged family members clock out way too soon.

Im stuck at home. Hubby has my truck. His is in the shop to fix exhaust leak (warrenty thankfully) and a broken tailgate.

Mom was "Didn't you just get that fixed on the tailgate?" Nope. That was my truck.

I'm just sitting here watching a funnel cloud off to the north. It was trying to become a tornado. It's interesting to watch. It'll come down a little, then go back up. It's done that 4 times now. Now it looks like it's staying up, exactly where it belongs. Nasty tornados, ain't no good for nothing. Emergency Alert just said 1/4 inch hail for towns north and east of us.

I have chicks hatching!!! Momma is doing a good job, saw 2 yellow chicks, 2 more eggs I saw pipping, before hen growled and pecked. I'll see in morning.

I like it when hen goes broody and raises her chicks best, but bater chicks are OK also. Noticed two more pips in the bater. So we'll probably have more chicks in the morning

It has been a beautiful day. Very dry out , we do need rain soon.

I told tank, it's time for bed. And he started arguing with me.

Then I told him ok 15 more minutes and what does he do? Goes to sleep. Childern these days, I'm telling you what...

It's OK I guess. When I get up he will follow me.
