Fresh coffee in cup. Chores done. Leave in half hour for work. Beautiful weather lasting thru weekend I hope. Home tomorrow to make cheese; deliver eggs, pick up figs, then load dehydrator.

No plans for weekend beyond enjoying the farm. Weather just a little warmer beginning Sat, low 90s and that's normal. We've had a mid 80s week.

Gearing up for the County Fair has me working half of each day this week. Thats me, having a rest from the concrete floors. This year, our entries are up by 42%!!!! Last year we had 944 entries. This year, there are 1343 entries. Looks like canning is resurging in importance.

We had to make some last minute purchases (by the Fair) for more shelving. This section will be dedicated to the Freeze Dried entries.
