Maybe Hank likes the clean farm truck . Maybe he thinks it means a trip to the feed store -- getting a pig ear!!

Coffee is hot, strong and delish.

A pot of milk is heating to become cottage cheese. No orchard here but, a great milk factory . If we were close we could share. Fruit & cheese go together. I have figs, plums, pineapple & apples canned tho....works out for breakfasts.

All those kids had to pet him before they started washing farm truck, he really liked that. I've been thinking about doing some kind of therapy thing with him. As long as it's childern he would enjoy that. Not going to actively presue... If it's what he should do, then the opportunity will find me.

i may make some toast with butter and hot chocolate for breakfast. the AC has been on too much and my feet are frozen (the register in the kitchen comes out right at where we stand at the sink and i had to do some chores this morning already so brrr!). AC is now off... O.F.F... (tomorrow's forecast is for 81F as the high).

100 day before yesterday and the day before; 99 yesterday and reported to be 80 today. WHEW!

It was hot yesterday, I noticed remeo and oreo panting. Cattle panting could be a sign of heat stress, so I try and watch out for that. I have soaked them down with a water hose once before. And just like children, cattle like to get soaked with water on a hot day.

But this was differnt and I know why. Of course a cow or hefier comes into heat when it's hot, that's why it's called heat. Who am I to question such logic and the way calfs are made? There's only one way to naturally make a calf and I aint having no part of that mess. The cattle can butt heads and push eachother around all they want. Yep they can work that mess out all by themselves, I'm having no part of that.

BTW romeo is huge, but he let's the ladies push him around. I know he's not even trying to stand his ground. It's a rather odd thing to watch.
