Food service mayo is Heavy Duty. Its whipped more, maybe called emulsified more. Heavier, denser. We always used it in my various Food Service jobs.

Well... on the proof of "end of the world" but also funny.... vegan butter and vegan chicken.

My kids wound argue that YES, cows are vegan, so eating anything that comes from a cow =vegan... but... chickens are never vegan, unless they are raised in individual, hung from the ceiling cages....

i would argue that cows probably accidentally eat plenty of insects while browsing so they are not really what i would consider vegan or vegetarian.
