DH and I both slept poorly last night....ugh! First cup of coffee is gonna need back up! It's gonna be hot so at least I can get outside before it gets miserable. Silver lining and all that, lol!

Chilly morning now. May need to close windows at night. With just an inch or two I waken to 68 inside. Brrrrr. Fall is here! Rude awakening when hopping out of a warm bed

we're hot for the next three day from 88F today to 84F Monday, but then dropping down to the low 60sF when a cold front and rains go through for a few days.

Argh...the plan last night was sleep - lots of sleep to make up for the lack of sleep Thursday night. The sleep gods (or more correctly - the diabetic devils) are mad at us. Blood sugar issues for DH last night. More coffee please...lots more coffee!

Been busy... a hour seems to come and go like the blink of a eye for me here lately.
It's still too early to plant fruit trees, need to wait for dormancy. Are you coming to help plant fruit trees?

My granddaughter named her hefier calf, hope.
Left to right, daisy, hope and maymay. My other granddaughter named her hefier calf, maymay. Daisy is the momma'ist moo of all the cows we have. She let's hope suckle but maymay is her hefier calf. It's just odd to see both suckling from her at the same time. It would be easy to graft a calf to daisy, she does it naturally already.
